ive been trying to talk to mr barlow for years but he wont reply and went to information commisioner to talk them out of letting me see my original forms i sent in

it seems inspite of mr barlows stated interest in mental health if you are mentally ill

or worse sub normal in y case if you complain as a client he cancels your illness ie he believes you couldnt possibly be ill
